The location of this hotel was perfect - just a short walk away from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The antique furniture in the lobby area was very cute and the staff were always friendly and welcoming.
Our room was a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom, which was cramped and had some outdated features. the breakfast was not very impressive, with some stale options and unappetizing eggs.

Nice old hotel with very friendly staff located only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Buffet breakfast included.
Beds somewhat hard, but they seem to be all over Italy..

Our second time in same hotel. A very good buffebrekfast was great start for everyday. The beach was near by. A clean room. Quaiet and pleasent nights. The sun didn´t warm a room hole day. All stuffs were helpful and they served well.
I am so tall and I had a little problem with a little bathroom. A little but a very clean bathroom.

Great location and friendly staff! The hotel is just a short walk away from the beach and there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby. The room was nice and clean, and the free wifi was great for my business trip. The breakfast was good enough, with a decent variety of options.

It was near the beach
The Hotel was old and needed renovating. The walls in the bedroom needed painting. The shutters on our windows did not close properly. The shower was very old and the shower curtian was very old and water splashed everywhere when you took a shower. The water was cold sometimes when you took a shower. There were no English tv channels. This hotel was quite expensive and did not offer value for money and did not deserve th 3 stars sorry.

The hotel was located really close to the beach, just a short walk down to the beachfront. Our room was surprisingly spacious and had air conditioning, an essential feature during our stay in the heatwave. The staff were helpful and accommodating and tried their best to recommend activities in the area.

Hotel was close to the beach. The two owners and the staff were for the most part polite. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but decent. Room had ac. WiFi in the lobby was nice.
They could teach the chamber maids to clean the room. Maybe mop the floor? Changing the bed sheets when you see the sand from the beach would have been nice. Leaving the windows open after cleaning, in Italy you do not leave windows open, especially when there was a low roof below our room. The showers......eeeeek. Clean the shower curtains would be a good idea. The shower was also in the middle of the washroom and was more of a shower head mounted on the wall and a drain in the floor. so it made a mess that would get poorly cleaned. However, after speaking with family that reside in viareggio during the summer they say that the hotels are expensive and not very clean. It's hard to recommend this hotel....but its not that bad.

Friendliness of staff
wet room bathroom didn't drain properly so most of bathroom became wet during shower and water was left in puddles. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our room.

I loved how this hotel was located very close to the beach. It was just a few steps away! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even helped me search for a nearby parking spot. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.
Nothing all good.

Hotel is very cozy, feel like home. Room #13 on the 1st floor was very nice: bedroom, dining room and a small garden just after the french window. Fresh home made cruassans for the breakfast. Clean. Personnel is very helpful and nice. Would stay there if come again.

This place made a spur of the moment weekend at the beach a wonderful trip! It was only 70 euro for 2 nights and I got breakfast. For breakfast they had coffee options, juices, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts, and cereal. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was so clean. They even had an elevator.
